  • Axovanyx Ltd. was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Dominica on 22 November 2025 as AXOVANYX LTD., established to address a clear and growing need across the Caribbean: reliable access to quality information technology equipment in island markets where supply chains are often fragmented or inconsistent.
  • The company was founded with a focused objective- to deliver dependable computer hardware, peripherals, and essential IT products directly to end users with efficiency, transparency, and consistency. Dominica was selected as our base of operations for its strategic location within the Eastern Caribbean, stable business environment, and emerging role as a hub for regional trade and services.
  • From inception, Axovanyx Ltd. has been structured to support scalable distribution across the English-speaking Caribbean, serving businesses, institutions, and consumers who depend on technology for daily operations, growth, and connectivity. Our approach emphasizes strong supplier relationships, disciplined operations, and a practical understanding of regional market realities.

Founder & Director

Zayde Charles

Co-Founder & Director

Zayde Charles contributes more than 20 years of leadership experience across global sourcing, supply chain operations, manufacturing, and strategic transformation. Her career includes senior roles overseeing large-scale operational initiatives across multiple international markets, with a focus on efficiency, resilience, and long-term value creation.
